The Show Is Over. The Results Still Matter.

A big thank you to Haring Aswang, who served as the host and MC of the event, for personally reaching out to PrepLife PH and sharing the official Winner's List from the recent bodybuilding competition. It's a simple gesture, but one we genuinely appreciate, and here's why.

At PrepLife PH, we would absolutely love to publish the Winner's Lists from every bodybuilding competition held throughout the Philippines. Unfortunately, that's much easier said than done.

Some organizers barely have time to wrap up one competition before they're already preparing for the next. They're busy, their attention has shifted, and publishing the results becomes another task on an already overwhelming list. Others simply don't even record, maintain or want to publish a complete record of their winners once the competition is finished.

The lights go off, the stage comes down, the trophies are handed out, and everyone moves on. Yesterday's show becomes yesterday's news.

But not for the athletes.

For the competitors who spent months dieting, training, practicing their posing, sacrificing time with family, and investing considerable money into preparing for that one day, those results mean something. Whether they finished first, fifth, or simply achieved their personal goal of stepping on stage, their participation deserves to be documented.

A bodybuilding competition shouldn't disappear from the record simply because the event is over.

Winner's Lists serve a much bigger purpose than announcing who took home a trophy. They create a permanent record of an athlete's competitive journey, allowing competitors to look back on their progress, track their achievements, and build a history of their participation in the sport.

They also give recognition to athletes who might otherwise receive very little exposure. Not everyone wins an Overall Championship or earns a Pro Card, but placing second, third, fourth, or fifth in a competitive lineup is still an accomplishment worth acknowledging.

Beyond the individual athlete, these results help document the growth of bodybuilding in the Philippines. Years from now, we should be able to look back and see who competed, who won, which athletes progressed through the ranks, and how our local bodybuilding community developed.

That's part of building a sport's history, and that history deserves to be preserved.

This is why we encourage every bodybuilding organizer in the Philippines to share their official results with us. It doesn't have to be complicated. A spreadsheet, document, photograph of the results sheet, or even a simple message listing the winners is enough to get started.

We'll gladly do our part by organizing and publishing those results on PrepLifePH.com, making them accessible to athletes, coaches, supporters, and the wider bodybuilding community.

So once again, thank you to Haring Aswang, the event's host and MC, for taking the initiative to reach out and make sure the athletes' achievements received recognition beyond the stage. We hope more organizers and others involved in hosting these competitions will follow your example. Because while the show might be over for the organizers, for the athletes, it's a moment in their journey that deserves to be remembered.

PrepLife PH — Supporting the athletes. Recognizing their achievements. Preserving Philippine bodybuilding history.

And without much ado, here are the Winner's List...
